🗝️ Takeaways:
- β‑band modulates during akinesia - expected - but so do Hjorth complexity & mobility, simple time‑domain metrics!
- They are computationally light & may be future closed‑loop DBS biomarkers!
- neurokin is now available to support neurobehaviour analysis and custom feature extraction

- We captured 3D kinematics and MTCx ECoG during a runway task in 6‑OHDA rats
- Extracted kinematic features using our new open‑source toolbox #neurokin and neural features using #py_neuromodulation
- Applied LDA and #CEBRA to pinpoint features that distinguish akinesia
