A typo i made yesterday came out 'Today's been a bust'. Though it was meant to say busy, I wondered which felt more true. I realized both fit.
Decided to give myself a bit of kindness and not stress over it.
We all need love and especially self-love to get through each day.

I'm learning that taking a break is a good thing. Giving myself some time to relax or rest, is my kindness to myself.
Not everything has to be done right now. It can wait 10 minutes, or even an hour, for me to pause and not feel overwhelmed.
