Meringues, made them slightly too big, what was supposed to be a batch of 18 became 10 huge bad boy meringues! Their colossal size only made them tastier though! 10/10

Fisherman’s pie, haddock and eggs in a milk sauce topped with cheesy potatoes and served with peas.

Learning to cook/bake for university part 14

Fisherman’s pie. Quite tasty, but it was a hassle and I think I used the wrong type of milk because the sauce didn’t thicken at all. 5/10

Also side note: I applied yesterday so fingers crossed on that front from here on out!
