We also have mathswatch and mymaths, we only have 50-100 pupils using them and both offer affordable packages to v small schools. We also have go teach maths and maths box and both are great!

03.02.2026 17:40 — 👍 6 🔁 2 💬 5 📌 0We have very small class sizes. Each student has a plastic zip folder with an A4 exercise book, pencil case and sometimes a plastic wallet as well. They either glue in sheets or put them in a plastic wallet. Everything is kept in the classroom which helps.

I agree with this. I’ve been teaching for 26 years and the last 4 have been in an semh special school. It’s still hard work but so rewarding and the work/life balance is so much better than any mainstream school I’ve worked in.
