What really interests me about this survey is how much physicists (who presumably make up most respondents) and philosophers (in my experience) diverge when it comes to the interpretation of QM.

Shout out to the WSJ journalists who reported on Vought’s impoundment by footnote, causing the White House to walk it back. Impact journalism!!

In addition to avoiding AI drivel, it’s better for the environment…like turning off the tap while brushing. Just hard to remember to do every time lol.

4. Creat permanent classes by destroying public education, introducing white collar track AI driven schools, and forcing those not wealthy enough to afford AI schools into low wage working class jobs through CTE based schools. Ensure there is no bargaining power for workers….voila. Affordability.

Universities typically retain IP created by employees as contracts are typically work made for hire. I have had several researchers express shock that their employer owns their life’s work when exploring digital publishing rights. If you’re employed by a uni when writing, likely you don’t own it:(

GPS-based street-view greenspace exposure and wearable assessed physical activity in a prospective cohort of US women How do the specific types of green spaces we see around us at any given moment, as we go about our daily lives, actually influence how much physical activity we do?

New research reveals that tree-lined streets and grassy parks might not boost physical activity as much as we thoughtβ€”but flower gardens do!Β

I would argue that most Americans also find the treatment of non-citizens to be unacceptable. The protocols in place appear to be designed for maximum cruelty.
