Only like 5 hours later (thought I'd need a few days) I feel a lot better

I took action and did a lot of self care and put effort into doing things that made me feel more included instead of sitting around feeling sorry for myself, I'm proud of myself for handling it better than I used to

We need to research the playstation 1 more, clearly, or put on other videos

I'm not handling rejection with something body type-related well at all that I was looking forward to for months, and I've been bottling up similar experiences for a while to not put that distress on others, so I'm going to need at least a few days to myself to cry it out and try to process it
