Yeah this is what every D&D (aka mainstream) module has been for like twenty years and why so many people now think the very CONCEPT of premade adventure modules is flawed
just a big scary dungeon to explore.
You could run it by itself stand-alone, or slot it in to any location in a larger campaign that there is supposed to be a dungeon at. It's modular. That's why it's called a "module."
and a curated set of a limited number of encounters the GM is told to put into whatever rooms they like!
There is no story that has to be followed with mandatory scenes that have to be railroaded towards, no fights the PCs have to win or lose or even engage with if they're clever,
Yeah! For anyone who likes dungeon crawl gameplay, old modules like In Search of the Unknown are WONDERFUL! Just a complex dungeon map with a grid, a brief description of each room for the GM including any traps and the price and weight of any treasure,
If anyone is thinking "well i avoid adventure modules because they're all just linear railroading scripts and take more work from the GM to fix them than it would take to prep new material" - the fact that you think that is the case IS the phenomenon I'm talking about.
It still really sucks that the past 20 or so years of mainstream published TTRPG adventure modules have been so bad that to the average TTRPG player today "adventure module" is almost synonymous with "bad." Like, the entire CONCEPT of a non-bespoke TTRPG adventure/dungeon/whatever has been tainted.

Following the zombie apocalypse, the undead have reawakened with their memories and identities restored. Equipped with this new freedom, the zombies now explore the wastelands.

1 Penetrative Damage might not sound like much, but in Eureka, Penetrative Damage is very difficult to heal from, and can cause permanent crippling injuries, so even the minimum Penetrative Damage weapon is not to be taken lightly.

This is all off the top of my head, and I'm not REALLY a firearms expert, so somebody else may be able to give you a better and more specific explanation than i can.
"single" and "double" action in the context of revolvers means the number of things a trigger pull does.
In a single action, a trigger pull does a single thing, drops the hammer into the firing pin to shoot a bullet.
In a double action, a trigger pull can set the hammer AND drop the hammer
Weird fact, this model is qualified as an “assault weapon” under many state laws.

This gun doesn’t have its own category in the firearm categories section, but if I were to stat it it would have RoF 1, standard pistol range, and no Stopping Power, but still of course do a very dangerous amount of damage like any firearm in Eureka.

A “Shotgun Pistol” isn’t really any sort of real-world firearm terminology, we just needed something to call a gun like this to fit it into the way Eureka categorizes guns mechanically.
This is, like, the iconic “crime” gun.
