My ears still perk up whenever I hear anything reminiscent of Balto music. There are a few passages in TSFH songs (High Cs, Once Upon a Time, maybe Forgotten Realms?) that give me major Balto vibes.

It can be incredibly hard to see your progress when recovering from depression or burnout. The whole world keeps demanding certain benchmarks of you to the point that it’s easy to feel like a failure despite your hard work. Remember your progress is your own journey. Every win means something.

We must agree that everyone has value at a human level, and that it’s not tied to their health, their job or their bank account.

Re: the cover: my understanding is that at the time he chalked it up to a "creative choice" (emphasis mine) for the designer to use genai assets. The screenshot was from late last year, hence the timestamps.

He's stated that the videos were experiments when it was a relatively new "medium" and that he didn't realize the negative impact genai has on artists. The singles in question were a couple years ago now, and obviously he didn't foresee how much it would explode in prevalence.
