I have everyone record their own audio remotely on like audacity or obs or whatever and I put them together in editing. If you do that, do a clap sync at the beginning to make editing easier. Otherwise I use obs to capture my mic and my discord output on separate tracks.

Ok I'm calling my shot, water gecko will become water/poison type, friendly fire dog will become fire/fairy type, meaning the starters will be double effective against each other, which means green bird will probably be grass/psychic.

Thank you all for having fun with my post. It's fun to see what people have to say about this very infulential game. Fun fact: the reason Navi talks so much is because this game was very weird and different at the time and the developers didn't know if the gamers could figure it out on their own.
