Oh hey I got an email "We have passed your outstanding complaint to the First Response Physiotherapy manager. Due to a large administrative workload we are currently experiencing please allow up to 21 business days for a reply."

How fun, I can't start taking antidepressants again to deal with *THIS CRAP* because mixed with painkillers would make my stomach bleed.

And you can’t sleep because of the pain and painkillers. But your body needs sleep to somehow recover. But you can’t so you end up getting most of the time 4-5 hours when you pass out from exhaustion.

And you can’t really talk about it with anyone because you can’t in words describe pain, giving it a scale is pointless. How do you describe pain that makes electricity shoot through the left side of your body, bones, numbs your skin, causes severe muscle weakness, constant cramps.

July has been, with a few small exceptions, the worst month this year physically and mentally for me.
Since the physio caused more pain on the 16th, added more symptoms. I haven’t been just in pain from my damaged spine. I haven’t been in day and night agony that painkillers barely touch.

You are. And wiser. But I have better hair 🤣

Got myself an early birthday gift, probably the nicest thing that happened for this entire past week.

His eyes can't even see the x-rays in their system stating what is wrong

Update: I had “physiotherapy” today. The man or doctor who in record time of less than 10 minutes made me almost pass out in pain, decided that he can’t see anything physically wrong with me.

Hospital yesterday night to get steroid injections in my lower back to stop the pain from my spine, tomorrow Physiotherapy. Today phone consultation with a doctor. I really hope this is not going to become a daily norm since the usual heavy pain has become worse.

I was not very excited for Edge of Eternities when it was announced, but after seeing the cards I have to say that they knocked it out of the park. The worldbuilding, the art, the character design: everything feels cohesive and fresh, and it looks stunning. I want to see more sets like this 1/2
