Late night movie: Deep Cover. It started really gringy, I really felt bad for the main chars, but soon it evolved to an absolutely delightful chaos. I loved to see Orlando Bloom in a whimsy movie, and the bloke from Ted Lasso (Nick Mohammed) was stellar in his role. Great movie! #movies #Europe

The Equalizer 3 is one great movie.

Action doesn't always have to be over the top or about big consequences. Righting small wrongs is important.

And Denzel Washington is so effortlessly cool.

People have forgotten the RPG part of mmoRPGs...

It is a very weird state of things IMO.

Equalizer 2 is a pretty damn great movie. Haven't seen 3rd yet but I can almost guarantee that the trilogy is one of the best action movie trilogies ever.

I like the low key action in these movies.

Guns Akimbo is one of the better movies I have seen lately, I loved it.

Disclaimer: I had downed half a whiskey bottle and a sixpack of beer before watching it, but then again action movies are best enjoyed while having a bit of a buzz.

Finally just watched it again and it was excellent. Good stupid fun, like they used to make.

So, I was watching Schitt's Creek (s1,e8) and noticed a Jokerit-keychain. Which is weird because Jokerit is a Finnish ice hockey team and the show is American. I wonder how the keychain got in the US.

Jokerit were so great in the 90's, Janecky especially was always a favourite of mine.

Just watched Max & Leon, what a fantastic French comedy of a two guys in a WW2 France.

I have always had a soft spot for WW2 comedies ever since I read Ryhmy ja Romppainen books by Armas J. Pulla.

Max & Leon is very much in that vein, two guys trying to survive the war. Peak cinema.

Been drinking "Stag Hunter Blended Scotch Whisky" today, it is a very nice every day whisky. Higly recommended for casual drinking. Good enough to be drinked neat.

It is on the sweet side, non smoky, lacks sharpness (imo good), leaves a nice sweet and salty? taste. Smooth and beautiful.
