17.09.2025 15:31 β π 6 π 3 π¬ 0 π 2History majors have lower unemployment than computer science majors.
Folks with humanities graduate degrees are more sought after by corporate recruiters than those with MBAs.
Study history! Get a job!
K-16 history conversations and commitment to high quality history education at all levels are so important right now - to gain new majors, increase historically literacy, gain respect for what we do. We do that by working WITH and supporting teachers!
Also: read and cite and engage African history!
Honored to be included @historians.org and thrilled to be able to hype amazing colleagues like Trevor Getz and Jonathan Roberts whoβve been building stellar resources and support for this work for a long time.
