JD Vance says antisemitism isn't "exploding" on the right.

The vast majority of Americans reject their cruelty and celebrate our diversity. We will not let them defame our communities.

We stand proudly with Somali communities and all communities targeted by their cruelty.

Together, our vision of safety and dignity for all will win.

Because the more we allow it, the more these words and sentiments sound mainstream rather than shameful and fringe.

But these ideas are NOT mainstream.

Because the more we allow it, the more leverage the administration feels to enact its cruel deportation agenda and ICE kidnappings.

Because the more we allow it, the more racist politicians who held these repugnant views are emboldened to speak and advocate for them.

Jews know from our history what it means when leaders use words like this against our communities.

Trump and his administration flood our country with so much hateful rhetoric it's hard to register all of it. They want us to accept it.

But we will not grow numb to their brazen xenophobia.
