Scarlet, 10/10
I’ve been excited for this one for months, and it paid off in full. This movie was absolutely beautiful, and just like Mamoru Hosoda’s other masterpieces, moved me to tears by the end. This one is for sure an easy recommend

Donkey Kong 64, 8/10
Another game I’ve been trying to beat for a long time. This one was significantly more challenging, but still just as fun anyways! I’m happy I was finally able to knock this game off my list, and send King K Rool packing! And yes, I even got 101% too. Very hard, but very worth

Banjo-Kazooie, 9/10
I’ve been meaning to beat this one for years, but I finally found the time to do it, and I’m glad I did. This was such a fun lil game! Had a few moments that were a little frustrating, but not enough to drag down the experience at all. This one’s a classic for a good reason

Iron Lung, 8/10
I had no idea what to expect going in since I normally don’t do well with horror. But I have to say this movie was a lot better than I expected. Markiplier’s debut movie was intriguing, intense, and might be one of the most faithful video game adaptations of all time

All You Need is Kill, 10/10
I got tickets for this movie on a whim because the trailer looked interesting to me, but honestly that trailer didn’t do it justice. This movie was absolutely incredible and beautiful, and left me speechless by the time the credits rolled

I rewatched Madagascar in the theaters today to celebrate that it’s now 20 years old! It’s crazy that this movie still hits just right to this day

Lupin the IIIrd the Movie: The Immortal Bloodline, 9/10
What the entire binge was leading up to, this one went out with a bang! Callbacks to the first movie, cool action, with the ending open to interpretation. I’m glad I started watching these, and I’m surely not done with the Gentleman Thief yet

Lupin the IIIrd: Zenigata and the Two Lupins, 9.5/10
This one was a super interesting mystery to see unravel, while also adding an even more interesting mystery towards the end as well! Guess I gotta head to the theater tonight to see how it all unfolds. This was a really fun marathon!

Lupin the IIIrd: Fujiko’s Lie, 7.5/10
This one wasn’t as strong for me personally but it was still entertaining. It’s neat to see that the dots from the first two films are already starting to connect. I’m curious to see how it all comes together in the end

Lupin the IIIrd: Goemon’s Blood Spray, 9.5/10
Yeah I’m marathoning these today. This one was even better, full of intense action and good suspense! I was intrigued to see how the villain would be defeated, but I can’t help but notice that some questions were left unanswered. How curious.

Lupin the IIIrd: Jigen’s Gravestone, 8/10
Immediately switching tones from the first movie I watched now with an intriguing mystery behind it. While I like the charm of the older stuff more, this definitely has some promising flair, and I can’t wait to see where it goes next

Lupin the IIIrd: The Mystery of Mamo, 8/10
Wanted to start the year off by getting into something new, and I’m definitely hooked now. Even though the plot was a bit hard to keep track of, I had a great time watching it! (This might give a hint as to what else I’m watching soon too)

Marty Supreme, 9/10
I had no idea what to expect when I was invited to see this movie fully blind, but man this movie was intense. It felt like the tension just kept rising and rising as it went on all the way until the end. Was definitely a fantastic film, but probably one I can only see once

Overcooked! 2, 8/10
I was gifted this game for Christmas by my friend and played it with him. Pretty fun lil game! Definitely better with friends than to play it solo for sure, and it gets pretty hectic pretty fast, but I had a good time all around.

The Spongebob Movie: Search for Squarepants, 8.5/10
I was honestly expecting a solid 7/10 but this movie was surprisingly really fun. This was one of the best Spongebob movies in a really long time, right behind the first two. Things are finally looking good for the sponge again!

Pokémon Legends Z-A: Mega Dimension, 7.5/10
I already enjoyed the base game plenty enough, but this dlc was a neat little follow up that I’m probably gonna play for a while. Although it is rather grindy, especially for the endgame/postgame. But I was having enough fun to get through it ok!

Five Nights at Freddy’s 2, 10/10
I don’t think a movie has left me this speechless in a while, especially a video game adaptation. This was such an amazing movie that was absolutely made for the fans that takes the best parts of the first movie and ramps everything up to 11!

Zootopia 2, 9/10
Honestly, I was kind of mixed with the first Zootopia, even when I was younger it never really clicked with me. But I think this one was a lot better and fixed almost every issue I had with the first one. I can see myself rewatching this one much more often!

Hazbin Hotel (Season 2), 7.5/10
Honestly this season wasn’t anywhere as bad as I was hearing it was, although it did kinda feel like it was losing the plot in the middle until it pulled itself back together at the end. The songs were definitely a huge improvement though, I really liked most of them

Shovel Knight: Shovel of Hope, 8.5/10
This is a game I’ve been meaning to play for over a decade, and I finally knocked it out today! This game was pretty neat, although the difficulty does get a little steep at points. I almost got stuck a few times. Now to begin the other games of Treasure Trove

Virgin Punk: Clockwork Girl, 8/10
I had never heard of this until the other day, but had time so I gave it a watch. The theater listing was a bit misleading because I thought this was a full movie, but this is still a good start to an interesting kickass anime with sick animation and action scenes

Ok, I gotta admit, the battle for my movie of the year is actually really close now, because I finally got to see this today and it was absolutely incredible! Why is this locked to Netflix? Seriously, I’d absolutely buy a Bluray release for this movie if I could
