I'm not concerned. If hes doing that in Week 3 or Week 4 then I might have some trepidation over it.
His footwork issues can be chalked up to a lack of control most of the game once that first drive blew up and he went nuclear. He was screaming at Trautman and the bench, he never does that.
Checks out.
Bo held the ball too long in the pocket which led to his pressured throws, needs to be more decisive.
He just looked super amped up all day and just needed a xanax.
Alright, it's Broncos season again, time to check in.
Bo looked a little frazzled and amped, like a kid on too kuch sugar.
Troy and Sutton looked fantastic.
D was absurd.
Run game is definitely improved.
Lot to clean up against a better than expected Colts team, but I am very encouraged.
This is a fantasy football post but its also a reality check.
A committee will also help keep both backs fresh all year and at peak performance when they get their touches.
Pretty exciting.
Happy JK Dobbins is a Bronco Day.
To the frickin moon.
We are just the louder, prouder version.
Adding JK Dobbins to an already massively improved #Broncos team would be a next level statement move.
I'm all for it. Let's get it done.
But I'm a Taurus...
These would on top of what those guys had in 2024.
This also only estimates a marginal improvement to middle of the league in getting 1st downs. DEN had 315 last year, mid would be about 345. Figure one 1st down = 1.5 pass attempts.
Harvey gets Javontes touches + some of Jaleels.
By my count there are (conservatively) 159 potential NEW targets available for receivers in DEN in 2025.
94 - from departing WR/TR
20 - Bo Nix scrambles that should be throws
45 - if DEN is league average in 1st downs.
Give 100 to Engram.
Still 59 to go to Mims, Vele, Franklin and Bryant.
PFF uses "analysts" grading - fancy for "subjective" - with an arbitrary number system, and they dont show their work.
They're just an OpEd site at this point, not an actual data company. So thats how I treat their takes.
Speaking of - great @nickkosmider.bsky.social piece on Bo - www.nytimes.com/athletic/637...
Am I the only one in #BroncosCountry who feels like Nix seems like an 8 year vet at QB for this team already?
The dood is so trustworthy going about his business and so focused.
Combine that with the first time since HS that hes had the same play callers on O, man, feels like hes dialed.
Some good convos going around the Broncos beats on the contract situations and depth of the defensive front 7.
Bonitto, Allen, JFM are all due for deals.
What I'm picking up is just how deep we are. Especially at edge.
Great place to be.
Lol... www.the-independent.com/news/world/a...
Just give me a plate of nachos and tell me you won't bother me for 4 years.
I'll take some of the $20m too...
Aww, let the fringe guys have their day in the sun first.
Happy OTA day, #BroncosCountry.
Time to get excited.
And so it begins: national #NFL "analysts" starting to nit pick Bo's rookie season (after dumping on him all last year) about rookie style play, as if Bo was a 4 year veteran.
When I want your opinion on what Bo needs to do, I'll give it to you.
Until then, kindly suck bricks.
I challenge anyone on #BlueSky to read the replies to this thoughtful post by Mayor Pete and claim this app doesn't have the same toxic tendencies as every other social app.
Folks, this was tragic, it was targeted, and theres no justification or place for it. Be humane, like Pete.
One thing about these guys the #Broncos are targeting who have had some injury issues - Broncos were excellent at limiting injuries of late.
Perhaps they believe in their program and ability to get guys right for max production.
I've seen some bad takes, but I don't think I've ever seen a more logically flawed article from top to bottom than this - www.nytimes.com/athletic/611...
Not only are Starks arguments illogical, they're contradictory to each other and irrelevant to the question hes trying to answer...
#MLB #NFL
Soo, I was off here for a bit because the football season ended.
Now my feed is basically 100% political screaming.
This is very sad, especially since I was really diligent in blocking people, and its making it borderline not worth sticking around...
For everyone citing durability issues for Kupp as a potential Beoncos fit... he play 637 snaps last year, 710 the year before.
That would have been the 2nd highest snap count for a WR in DEN.
Sean doesn't force his WRs to play every snap the way LAR does, he spreads the load.
Perhaps an unpopular take in #BroncosCountry:
I'm over the term "joker". I know Sean fixates on it some and everyone dreams of a Kamara type, but enough obsessing over finding it/whonit might be. Let's just add the best talent.
Which is what Payton and Paton are gonna do.
Theres a value add to him teaching those guys in person, and you always carry 5-6 OLBs. I'm giving him a small deal to at least make it to pre-season, see if he adds anything.
So, #BroncosCountry - I'm on board with bringing Von Miller home as a situational pass rusher when BUF cuts him for cap relief this off-season.
Anybody else want a piece of that?
Fascinating topic with thoughtful dialog here. Golf clap.
I'm white collar, hybrid, and ironically the people I talk to most in office are our doorman, security guard, and office manager... and I'm better for it.
Nah, I'm out. NFL season is over for me now, on to baseball.
I just watch how pathetically slow and lumbering Hunt is for the Chiefs and realize that while the RB class is loaded for Denver, it's also loaded for teams like KC and Pete Carrols Raiders.
We need to get ours.
#Broncos fans: "We don't need to take a RB at #20, ee can wait, it's a deep class."
Also Broncos fans when KC takes Kaleb Johnson at pick 32 and he has 1500 yards in 2025: "How could Paton bot take him!!!"
