I started working on a small game project with a friend last night, and I wanted to show off a little bit of the work we've been doing so far

It's super rough right now but it's been a really fun learning experience! I'll post more little updates as it gets further along 😀

Today I wanted to show off some old pixel art I made back in 2021, 3 years before I started actively trying to practise drawing art on a regular basis.

I was using a mouse and had no idea what I was doing 😅

Inspired by the many goldfish my Dad owns, I drew a goldfish with a hat.

They are definitely a real species of fish, no need to fact check me I am a stranger on the internet who absolutely would not lie about types of fish

Honestly BlueSky helped give me a lot motivation to start actively trying to draw art for exactly that reason, it’s really nice having a place where people are just happy to see the stuff you make regardless if it’s fan art or original content

I had a bit of a busy day yesterday so I ended up having a lot of trouble figuring out what to draw due to being pretty tired.
I figured drawing a place of resting might be a good idea, hence I drew a nice simple #Bonfire from #DarkSouls ⚔️
