For reference, the city did not do this during the November budget protests (which I also covered).
There were significantly fewer protesters today. The only major difference was what they were protesting and the colour of their skin.
A member of the audience just declared that CTV has called Peterborough for Emma Harrison. The Peterborough Examiner and Metroland has also called it for Emma Harrison.
