“And as you rise to power, try not to step on too many of us little ones,” he hummed, pleased with the conversation.

It wasn’t every day you could talk to a dragon and walk away.

A dwarf star. Oz wasn’t very schooled in the matters of the astral sea… but context clues were all he needed to continue confidently.

“Sounds like both. Earned through your actions, given by those who feared it.”

A not very large dragon was still a dragon nonetheless.

“Sundrinker. A powerful name, I’d say. A given name or one earned?”

“And what are you known as?”

“Alllllrighty. That is one way to answer.”

“And how are we all tonight?”

Stepping off the boat, he lets out a relieved sigh. “Home.”
