I like the transparency shown within FSSB update issued in the past hour. Whilst I trust the board greatly, with most of them being people Iโve voted for, and other good members there, itโs important we have increased transparency and itโs great to see.
Good, clear answers to questions too. ๐ค๐

A man named Steve Dale (oops, sorry for swearing) said there wasnโt much interest in football in the town of Bury.
Upwards now of 7๏ธโฃ7๏ธโฃ0๏ธโฃ0๏ธโฃ tickets sold for fan-owned Bury Football Club at the 9th tier of English football.
Itโs beautiful what can be done when football clubs are ran by people who care.

A massive congratulations to the elected three! It takes huge guts to put yourself forward to represent the club, be subject to scrutiny and be responsible for shaping our future!
We have elected 3 good candidates I believe. Good luck to them! Letโs get behind them and the board!

Now that voting has closed for deciding who represents us on the board during the next 3 years, we need to back whoever is added, if you voted for them or not. Get behind them, give them a chance, scrutinise where necessary, communicate & ask questions. Iโm sure theyโll do their best, for us all! ๐ค๐

Regarding community aspect/aims, the club & stadium is & continues to grow as what we all want it to be off the pitch! A club should represent the town, itโs people & be hub for the whole community in regards to football. Things going on now after hard work & future initiatives planned too. Love it.

The work doesnโt stop.
- Disability footy for our most vulnerable, kicking off in 3 days after months of work.
- Plans for something else began last month, Iโll be getting VERY stuck into that, again, so the club is for everybody!
- My own plans in future, just delayed, myself improved.

Amazing work here ๐คฉ๐๐ผ.
Amongst other things, pan-disability football beginning this month too, initially for young kids, after many months of work. The town has shamefully lacked it for decades, and Iโm overjoyed both that itโs happening and that I can be a part of it. Itching for it to start. ๐ค๐

With wins all the way to the end of the season, weโll get our hands on the title and a farewell to the NWCFL, but itโs still a long 12 games to go.
12 more loud games willing the team on, we can do this ๐๐ค๐UTfS

Christmas games make it that bit sweeter. We need to keep going, including more facility use and continuing to find new revenues, amongst other things. ๐ค๐

This is a requirement in my opinion, itโs not competitive, itโs just about fun and the right thing to give all kids the chance to play football.

Aaron Chalmers:
Beyond great work we do with various types of analysis, thereโs a type of player, especially in certain moments that Iโve learnt since 2020 that wins you titles. I like Hockenhull (๐), plus others but Chalmers is the closest to that gritty bastard who gets hands on titles. Big miss!

WD&C were better, simple as; solid in defence, great midfield press, finished their chances.
Youโll get reactionary, very emotional posts about players, play style, formation & as I heard at HT, management. But keep your heads, support.
One match, but hurts. Sprint to the line needs to begin soon.

I had to stop playing at 7 until 10 due to my disability & to put it mildly, it wasnโt a nice feeling that I still remember today.
Thereโs graft behind the scenes, this is exactly something #buryfc should be doing, football is for everybody!

Weโve had a great start, unbeaten until recently, mad FA Cup run, due to a squad who fight every match & show incredible quality.
Weโve now got that same side with top reinforcements added.
Weโre sometimes quick to overreact, but get behind this team, we make a difference on here & at matches.
