Made some palak paneer with Miyoko Schinner's vegan paneer recipe! Turned out pretty good for my first time! So happy there's a vegan paneer alternative besides "just use tofu instead"

Same! I really love 2024's Impression. Very astringent with a nice flavor

I think it's supposed to leave an impression. It's very astringent when young, but mellows out with age

It did! I tried 2024 Impression first and thought it was so interesting I'd try a few different vintages

Made Thai iced tea with @white2tea.bsky.social's Cacao 80. First time making it, but it gave it a really nice chocolatey taste while still having a classic Thai iced tea flavor. Next time I'd probably add more tea and more food coloring 😵‍💫 #tea #teasky
