Lots of safety/efficacy work still to be done, but hypoxia-based therapies could have broad applications from rare mitochondrial diseases to age-associated neurodegeneration. We are interested in additional partnerships in academia/industry to continue this work. Send me a DM!

A quick thread: mitochondrial dysfunction causes an imbalance in oxygen supply and demand, leading to tissue hyperoxia. We've previously shown that inhaled hypoxia can dramatically extend lifespan in disease models. But how do we translate this into a practical therapy?
