i just yapped the most yapped in the yappiest world call me yap.exe from now on

i didn't think i had the ability to yap that much

i've always been a "i have lots of info on my OCs but it's difficult for my brain to talk about them in text / summarise them" and then i did it i think

left out heaps of information but i think it's okay...

🎀 -to talk with Yuri, but Yuri barely replied to anything she sent. They drifted apart slowly, especially Yuri picked up Archery and began training to meet her cult's "heavenly requests", to hunt out those who are "impure", who aren't "holy" enough.

Demons, mostly, is what she was after.

🎀 Yuri, Inaree and Leo were best friends when they were younger. When the two girls found Leo's "body" (I'd explain more but...), they started to drift apart, despite how much they needed each other.

Yuri was eventually adopted by the "cult" she's in now. Inaree begged her parents for a phone to-

It's an "angel" (human) of sorts, in a "cult" of sorts... and her whole group's deal is that they want to remove the impure from the world of Eemdush, by taking those deemed "impure".

💚 And in shooting them, it saved her life. The talisman/ofuda (paper over her eye) reads "Inaree" in Eemyo (the ancient language of Eemdush)!

But just who shot them?

💚 Despite being born human, she got these "demon" features through some kind of ritual she did when she was younger, trying to bring both Leo, and her friend Yuri, back to her. (Since Leo was "dead", and Yuri stopped talking to her)

It could've killed her, if it wasn't for someone shooting her.

They're an internet-loving, chronically-online, human-turned-demon girl (very green!) who was best friends with Leo up until his disappearance (which she saw as a murder).

🕰 Because of this, Leo ended up stuck in a strange place with a long river leading to nowhere.
Emilia ended up being able to go back home, to the real world of Eemdush.

The two siblings can't communicate with each other anymore, and Emilia has no idea where Leo is. Leo watches over her sometimes.

🕰 Leo & Emilia went missing when they were younger, a part of the "Missing Childrens Cases" (9 kids went missing, Leo was the 8th and Emilia was the 7th).

They were both taken by Kydot (a strange machine who travels worlds) but almost immediately Leo "broke off" from Kydot, while Emilia stayed.

Leo is actually Emilia's younger brother! He's stuck in this strange place with an evil creature (Illusia) from a war generations ago, who seems to be after both Leo and Emilia...

🦋 It could be nothing to do with her going missing at all.

Kydot was the one who took her, with her brother. She hates the way he controls her, the way they think they know best, the way it tries so hard to be involved in her life despite abandoning her many times,

and leaving her brother behind.

🦋 But, going back to the past (I got carried away sorry), she actually went missing!

A big part of why she keeps her past "secretive" is that she doesn't want people to know about her going missing, she doesn't want to be "turned in" or involved with police again.

She doesn't really know why.

🦋 She fears that more than anything, they mean EVERYTHING to her. When an incident directly tied to a fault Emilia made (or, so she thinks) split up her trio, leading to 2 years of agony, of being away from the person she loved most, of hoping they'd remember, including a suicide, she hated herself.

🦋 Emilia thinks that Em?lia isn't Emilia at all, and is just some creature, trying to mess with her.

She hates a beautiful, ethereal version of herself because she know she can't be that. She destroys every chance of her friends seeing Em?lia, because she fears being replaced, & losing her friends.

🦋 She doesn't speak, and doesn't try to influence anything. She just stares at Emilia, hoping one day she could see the truth, could stand up to it, could fight.

This "ideal Emilia" is something Emilia HATES. She smashes the glass of the mirrors, washes the water away, does anything to hide Em?lia.

🦋 Emilia has a lot of issues with her sense of self, of belonging, and constantly feeling like she's not where she's meant to be. It only got worse when she noticed that the girl in the mirror isn't her at all.

Wearing a white blouse and black overalls, is a reflection known as "Em?lia".

🦋 I don't really know WHAT to say about Emilia honestly.. her whole "thing" is that she doesn't know "what" she is. She knows she's different, but she tries so hard to be the same y'know?
She's my most developed character but I don't know how to explain her

i also have another oc who is the protagonist of a story (not even my one-shot ocs or anything) that i haven't drawn in nearly a year... probably over a year by now (last time i drew them was on a little doodle on a worksheet in very early 2025)
