Capital Gains Tax:
Good that they are talking about the 50% CGT, BUT our tax system legally allows enough proceeds of an investment property sale to be put into super so that you pay ZERO CGT in many cases.
There are a lot of loopholes which mean the wealthy PAY NO TAX that also need to be closed.
