Just hope that somehow the system, completely broken by Citizens United and Gerrymandering and more, allows for a Mamdani or AOC to gain this much momentum without a crisis within the Democratic party? Just wait it out and hope the next generation can do something about it?

But more importantly, when the Democratic party is THIS corrupt, THIS ineffectual, and THIS stubborn towards adopting progressive policies what can we do?

I also don't know that those who withheld their votes ultimately caused Harris to lose. She lost on too many fronts in too many demographics to make me believe that if every anti-genocide leftists who didn't vote for her or vote at all did that she would have won.

I did not hold my vote to be clear, the stakes were too high. But how do we, the electorate, make the changes we want to see when we only have two options to vote for and both are completely bought and paid for by corporate interests with one being more evil than the other?
