I don't know what the future holds, how to prepare for it, or what'll need to be endured to see it through. My faith in God assures me she'll provide me with whatever tools I'll need, as she always has.

I've been in business, in health care, in security, in administration, in tech, and in culinary. While I don't have financial assets, learning can't with each job and can be applied to general life as much as the next bit of work. What's more, each job brought me where I was needed at that time.

I think I've been on both sides of this. My work experience has been about as carried as the educational background each position brought. It's a very scary feeling stuck not knowing where to go next. Meeting that change, that challenge is at least as rewarding.

Never been the biggest fan of mackerel, pickled or otherwise, but your sushi looks damned good (as all your dishes do)!
