And this includes non-combat military members too. Their entire job revolves around supporting the combat that is happening.

I tried a bunch of SSRI’s. Sertraline seemed to be the magic one. Everyday is an exercise. Need to get out more.

Main things helping me with depression/anxiety right now:

1. Taking my Prozac every day (meds might not be right for you and that’s cool, too)
2. Exercise. I hate it, but I break a sweat 5x a week at Pilates or on walks
3, seeing friends. Esp important if you live alone.
4. 7-8 hours sleep
