Earlier this year, I visited Chile. Santiago's Museum of Memory & Human Rights tells a similar story.

Insanely powerful.

I've had them for about 7yrs. They've been fine. They do seem louder than my Eve rollers, but that's partially the mounting and metal valance. My Somfy motors are wired, so I can't comment on battery life.

I feel like lots of these reports are for the benefit of Wall Street and actually had very little on the ground impact.

NGL, South Park telling kids for nearly 30 years that apathy is cool and caring is embarrassing is part of how we got here.

Not gonna fawn over a stopped clock inevitably being slightly right about something.

Yes, coalitions, but not giving harmful shit passes just because someone made you laugh.

The story of the United States isn't the story of the strong and powerful.

It's the story of a poor family who came here for a better life and who's kid returned that a million fold.

Daniel Kleppner, Physicist Who Brought Precision to GPS, Dies at 92

Unexpectedly tearful after reading Dr. Kleppner's obituary.
We are a nation of immigrants.

How many future Dr. Kleppners have Hispanic surnames?

I spend a fair amount of time in fire-prone areas, but I'm always amazed at scenes like this. The right side burned in 2006.

If a bill is so bad that you have to exempt entire states from its consequences to win the votes you needβ€”just don't pass the bill!

Why do people in Washington state deserve Medicaid & SNAP cuts, but others don't?

This is plain wrong, and it's just no way to legislate.

Rep. Newhouse claims federal cuts are needed because millions on Medicaid are choosing not to work. That’s a morally bankrupt statement, and untrue.

Rep. Newhouse: Go beyond empty D.C. talking points. Listen to working Washingtonians on Medicaid. These cuts would be devastating.
