Leadville is a very old race. Problem was it was bought by lifetime and now they have learned ppl will pay anything to do it (and unbound). You can pay $1250 extra for a guaranteed entry if you do the LT100 camp, on top of the camp entry. That is fucking insane

Only american in the LTGP I know who has finished top 5 in a UCI XCM WC is Hannah Otto, who won the snowshow one in 2023

keep in mind that most of the U23 riders who got an automatic spot in that corral have nowhere near the results this guy has. Top 5 in a world cup, is, as it turns out, really fucking hard

Breck is my favorite MTB race. I've done it 4x and that's why I've never done Leadville until now. Breck is super well run, and the atmosphere is great. Mike Mac nails it

This is like saying "oh you aren't top 5 in the world? too bad.

One friend is trying to get into the Leadville 100 elite corral (now above gold corral). You have to apply. He's been to world champs multiple times & is stronger than most U23 riders in the elite corral, but they expect he's top 5'd XCM World Cups to get in (almost none of LTGP ppl could do this) 🤦‍♂️

Former tenant of our house came by to pick up some important mail today, and told us that someone broke in when they lived her and her husband held him at gunpoint for 15 minutes in the backyard #coloradosprings

Spectacular highlight: both Arensman and Lipowitz almost wiped out on that last zebra crossing. First TA: looked like a chain jump, we only just saw the road. But then FL from the helicopter: rear wheel went SIDEWAYS. #tdf25

I wish… that’s my dream. Keegan is probably the biggest trainer (besides Lachlan but he does not count lol) but VERY few ppl can handle what Keegan does. Ask Russell how that worked out a few years ago
