ADHD means I can't watch a YouTube video featuring more than one person if I'm trying to learn something. Inevitably, there's small talk and "banter" and my brain just can't hold concentration through that.

Thank you! Yeah, I get headaches daily (not migraines, because no sound or light sensitivity) and the MRI didn't show anything, so doc's best guess is tension headaches. I've tried a heating pad on my head, and the cold wraps you put in the freezer (which actually do help A LOT). I will try this :)

If anyone has advice for tension headaches, I'm all ears.

Please don't tell me to reduce my stress.

My daughter keeps making houses for our cat. She has upped her game to a tent.

She's also started leaving little "offerings" for him, like feathers and pom poms.

In exchange, Fenris guards her room when she's not home, and generally seems annoyed if anyone else talks to her.

Sometimes posts like these hit at exactly the right moment. I shall take this kindness and pass it on.

My nine year old daughter told me her rocks wanted me to babysit their kids. This is Heavy Gary Jr. and Skull. They're having raspberry for breakfast because I was told they like fresh fruit.

Sometimes one has to balance one's need for candy corn with the knowledge that having candy corn for breakfast will make one sick.

I go to Canada for five days and we get so much snow they cancel three days of school in a row.

I get back and we're going to be in the high-fifties for weeks.

I am NOT pleased.

I haven't seen that in ages! Might need a rewatch, is it streaming anywhere?
