This would be a new system in addition to the 3 starters, focusing on a more defensive playstyle with their Aegis frame ability.

I randomly thought of what might be the best way to handle the Blitzball-style minigame for Beacon: Wow's garrison or mission table.
Hear me out, it's a nice simple way to handle team composition, incentives having a big team, and lets you explore or discover new players in the field.

Arsenal went through a few revisions, the final one was fairly late in development. This version focused on damaging weapons for damage reduction and then repairing them.

Throwback to one of the oldest BEACON files I found on my computer, back when it was still called 'LANCER fantasy'. This is the Pyromancer, which eventually became the Phoenix class.

You can come up with your own answer, or use the lists provided with each NPC. Every game might feature the same NPC names, but they might be very different people depending on how your relationship with them develops!
When playing 2 person, the other player can take charge of the NPC. The other person can roleplay as much or as little as they'd like, as long as one of the principles is met.
In solo mode, all you need to do is just pick or create something that meets those principles.

Character interactions operate on 3 principles: HINT, REVEAL, EXPAND.
Every interaction should have at least 1 of these happening.

As a GM-less game, you also control your foes. However, each foe has a list of programmed actions, so you don't have to decide what they do, you mostly decide where to deploy them and act as the tiebreaker.
Here's the URBA foe. The action they take depends on the single die roll each round.
Abilities automatically happen, no attack rolls needed. Abilities have a cooldown, and must wait that many rounds before they can be used again. Basic ATKs are an exception, and grant a weaker attack that is always available.
For example, here's the Juggernaut Jets frame ability.

Fights take place on a 6x6 hex grid, with you controlling both your movement+actions and foe placement. You can move up to 2 spaces, and have 3 action points to use on your abilities.

So today I might have attempted to finish my first homebrew frame for #Lancer. >.>
(It's basically a Karrakin-themed Tortuga variant frame majoring in cosplaying as a Size 3 Goliath with crush targeting to tank attacks with hyperdense armor, with a minor in "ram and grapple good" ).
