I’ve been playing for months now and I think he exaggerated a little. I think as long as you have the patience to not yell at your team mates and the courage to explain a concept then solo queuing is perfectly fine.

The skill floor since I got into the beta has been getting lower and lower with purposeful intention by valve.
I think when it eventually opens to the public the game will be perfect getting people good at the things that win games and leave them to do that with the plentiful mechanics!
