Real native Texan here. And it is clear that you don't KNOW very many Black people irl or otherwise in Texas who voted for Jasmine. The Black vote for James is not automatic. He will have to earn that vote. Jasmine is not his mule. Vote blue no matter who isn't everyone's motto.
That is an answer. Just not the one you wanted. He's the one who needs MY vote and he has to do the work. It's called voter outreach.
How does anyone win voters? Get out there and say what you are going to do to make their lives better. I have no idea what James' ideas or plans are for the Black community of Texas.
