For sure. 2 was the golden age, but when the burnout came, everyone who went on an extended break immediately commented that their quality of life improved. I can't deny the social aspect. I also met my wife through this game but you can meet anyone doing anything, so might as well do what you enjoy

There's always been an argument that trying to be a top player is not worth it either. The greatest rewards that have come to top players are small followings on Twitch/YouTube.
