A collaboration of public radio stations in NC is hiring one reporter and one editor/reporter to cover state government and politics. The team of two will work from the state capitol, with an emphasis on stories that resonate with audiences outside of Raleigh.
I’ll be there Sunday night (and yes I apparently got this reservation a year ago!). I will definitely look forward to seeing him. 🩵
This week I’ve been to the Outer Banks, Alamance County and Durham. Next week: Raleigh, Durham and Charlotte. That’s a lot of driving and zig-zagging across North Carolina y’all. But I love seeing different parts of our state and spending time with the journalists and community members there.
