The three girl candidates from the selectable Nagumohara members (Mirika/Amelia, Nanami/Meridia and Himana/Marisol) are standing next to eachother. Mirika is on the left side and has her eyes closed, imagining a shoujo-like scene where Nanami is using her shinai sword to protect her from an unseen danger. Meanwhile, the real Nanami is on the center looking at Mirika with blissful ignorance, and Himana from the right comically imagines the meme with the known "homophobic" dog and the phrase "I don't think that's natural" in front of it.
