I was trying to explain the plot of Bubba Ho-Tep to my 11 year old, and realized that I sounded completely unhinged.

That movie is ludicrous in all the best ways.

Love the imagery of the line “I got my hands in the river, my feet back up on the bank…”. Who does that? Feet in the river, hands on the bank, of course. It’s a different view of his world.

Also, if I was anywhere near a river in Louisiana, I wouldn’t put any part of my body in the water.
