Some of these changes are: Flexible working, re-deployment into another role within the company, and/ or reasonable adjustments within the workplace. We had some very valuable conversations & were able to provide advice & helpful resources.
The event was organised by the Suffolk Coastal Disability Forum & held at the #Woodbridge Community Hall.
