The show, on the other hand, is an absolute masterpiece - every frame is art, so many nuances and details scattered thru the show that I'm STILL finding new things every time I watch. Soundtrack is 🔥🔥🔥.

...I'm finally getting my Astarion cosplay together for renfaire this year (yay! I finally get to go to renfaire again after 20 years!), and TBH I'm hoping I see another Astarion there so we can do the Spider-Man meme lmaooo
My voice coach also helped me learn a technique when I had an asthma attack during our first meeting, bc apparently a lot of my breathing issues are anxiety/panic related. She guided me through a breathing exercise and that's helped so much that I hardly use my inhaler anymore, which is new for me
Then if the digital art therapy isn't helping, I'll try using one of my fountain pens to just... Doodle, scribble, make ink blobs, whatever. I have different inks in my pens, and different nibs, and some of my pens have different textures (they're all metal-body pens). LOTS of tactile feedback!
Also, getting out my tablet and doodling in my art program (I use Krita) seems very helpful. Not trying to make art, just playing around with the brushes, the textures, colors, etc. Finding the right stylus for me helped a lot with making this more effective as well (I use the Lamy EMR stylus most)
I've found that red light therapy helps me IMMENSELY, I started using red light for some skin conditions and for pain, but realized that my anxiety/PTSD/etc all are much more manageable on days when I do the red light.
Ok, so I have a few tricks. Recently I got one of those "lil ouchie" fidget toys, that helps a lot, especially since constantly getting piercings for that pain therapy isn't that great an idea LOL
