Ok so! This was an interesting one to do and im decently happy with how it came together, probably my best work (so far (i feel like i can do so much better)) but yeah this is the first thing I've finished in YEARS haha. Things im happy with: - I tried a thinner lineart style and I think that did WONDERS for the final product, I'm actually really happy with specifically the head - The hand/paw position is something im also pretty happy with, i was a bit too intimidated rn to try adding any real detail ex beans/nails but defo getting more of an understanding of how to execute this style - My hair tufts are LEAUGES better than what they used to be (NOT SHOWING EXAMPLES) - I like the expression here :> Things im looking to improve: - I think some objects feel... cardboardy, and not really baked into perspective, i didn't want to be super nitpicky since im trying to just get stuff done, but i dont like the perspective on his left paw and also THE WINGS, if i was to polish it up those would be 100% redone but i didn't really want to waste too much time on it because of point 2 - IM SLOW AS FUCK HAHA, this took.... longer than i'd care to admit, but a lot of it came from just getting back into the swing of things, next few projects will probably be smaller and ill limit myself to improve my fundamentals - I think the pose is serviceable but not stellar, i was originally trying to make the body follow a stronger curve gesture wise but kind of realized that i was not good enough to execute a strong leg pose LOL Anyways i think main method right now will be playing around with some other styles to improve my range a little bit more and honing in this one to give me some more confidence with anatomy/posing, also going to try pose sketching daily to see how that improves my workflow
