In Lutsk, Russia injured the mother of an emergency worker.

The 48 year old was in a shop when she suffered shrapnel wounds to her arm, leg and back during the attack.

Russia returned the bodies of 757 fallen Ukrainians on Feb. 14, 2025. Listed as number 757 and labelled an “unidentified male” was Victoria Roshchyna.

A forensic examination later confirmed the body showed clear signs of torture: bruises, abrasions, a broken rib, suspected electric shocks.

Russians killed 4 people and injured 8 others on August 6 in Nikopol, Dnipropetrovsk region, State Emergency Service said.

Part of Zaporizhzhia was left without power today after Russian strikes on the city.

There were no casualties, but at first around 13,000 subscribers were cut off - engineers are still trying to restore power to all residents.

The attack on Kharkiv in the night was on a trolleybus depot.
Russia hit the target in the Slobidskyi with 8 Shahed drones. All the buses destroyed; a few neighbouring homes were also damaged.
Ukraine is adamant there was no military equipment or presence there at all.

There appears to be damaged in some towns in Kyiv region.

Only 3 houses and outbuildings in Boryspil were scarred, one more damaged in Fastiv, while in Bucha district a car was ruined.

The guys at Exilenova+ are confident about the geolocation - the Murom Instrumentation Plant was the target.

Whether it was a direct hit, or shot down just before the factory, is not yet known.

US filmmaker Chris Walters has been injured in Kyiv.
But it was nothing to do with the war - a balcony literally collapsed on him.

He posted in Ukrainian on Instagram (@ drgeometry) about the incident in the Podil district.

Chris has been based in Ukraine since mid-2022.

Ukraine admits another training ground centre was hit.

They say 12 soldiers were killed, 60 injured in a missile strike, but emphasise no "gatherings" were happening at the time.

Kyiv says an air alert had been issued but the victims didn't have time to get to shelters.
