personally i try to stay away thats been heavily processed as im figuring out certain cooking oils is partially why my lips get so fucked up, and that oil is in most deep fried foods, whether its light or not. but ye, tuna is a good option regardless, its nice and cheap

sometimes i get the fish-ick but ye i did think about that. tonight i made a big batch of white chicken for cabbage wraps. i use to eat those all the time so i know this will at least last a while ✨
