Shazidra, a mag'har orc lady is leaning over and pinning to the ground something with her left hand. The whole composition is from a low angle. We see that Shazi was actually pinning Monte Gazlowe to the ground.

A kobold from world of warcraft. Unlike the dungeons and dragons variety, they are portrayed as some kinda non-descript rodent- but with hippo mouths? They're most famous for having a half-melted candle on top of their heads. This pale, brown haired kobold has a bright red candle, which is dripping wax down its bulbous brows and a little ways down its snout. It's wearing a desaturated teal neckerchief and has big, glassy, dark brown eyes.

Kobolds are in that category of being ugly-cute, which is something I will always welcome in my high fantasy.
