it REALLY helps me. honestly the most important effect for me is seeing PHYSICALLY that I got things done

another big thing: physical reminders. If I have to fill out a form, the form gets taped to my monitor. If I need to do an errand, a sticky note goes on the front door. If the paper trash needs bringing out I'll place it in my way like I'm trying to commit insurance fraud

oh also dont be afraid to TELL the artist that they are huge from the get go lol

little tip if you are getting nsfw commissions - describe boob size not via cup size because that can look wildly different on different frames. Use stuff like "as big as her head" instead! Saves revisions haha

tbh one of my favorite adhd tricks I'm using on myself is a set of colored glass beads and a glass bowl

for certain tasks I get to put a glass bead into the bowl (= marks end of task which keeps anxiety low, tiny sensory ~*TINK*~ reward)

keeps my brain from thinking I didn't do anything, too.

this so much. most of my chores are done "drive by" style - I'll suddenly in the moment feel like "oh I should clean the fridge" and I ABSOLUTELY NEED TO DO IT THEN or it doesnt happen

must look like absolute chaos from the outside, but it works well for me
