Studenten testen de werking van het Europese milieurecht in 'Comparative Environmental Law Moot Court' In dit studieonderdeel doen masterstudenten een nabootsing van een Europeesrechtelijke milieuzaak. Niet alleen leerzaam voor henzelf, maar ook voor de EU.

Studenten bootsten onlangs een actuele milieurechtszaak na, in de vorm van een pleitwedstrijd. Het draaide het om de vraag of in de milieueffectrapportage voor gaswinning ook uitstoot van gas door bedrijven en consumenten meegenomen moeten worden.
