Timely factoid.

I had non-T supporter friends tell me after the election "It's fine, we'll get through it" like it'd be another basic 4 years. I stared at them wondering if they really couldn't see, & for a second questioned if I was over reacting.
But I wasn't overreacting.
This is do-or-die for our country now.

I've stayed silent this last year to try and keep the peace for my mental health.
But I'm wondering if me staying silent hasn't been good for my mental health at all.

I also think most people can barely afford to get what they need to buy anyway, let alone stock up for many things in advance.

I am deserving of success and happiness, and I work toward my goals with passion and purpose. The universe supports me every step of the way.

Still can't believe there are people out there that believe a guy who bankrupt himself and casinos more times than fingers on a hand, and a guy who bought a social media platform for billions of dollars for fun and tanked it, have any ability whatsoever to run our country or fix the economy. 😐

We ended up having to put a reminder in our calendars to not do Irish Car Bombs on St. Patrick's Day after several years making the mistake. 🤣🍀

The universe has served me some things these last couple of years that make me pause & ask myself, "Okay, how healthy am I now to deal with this?"

Progression to overcome mental well-being issues can seem like a continuous process. Probably because it's something we all continue to be tested with.

The way high altitude can affect your heart is no joke. Definitely wasn't expecting this. Won't prevent me from returning but will try to research more for next time.
