Ok, apparently getting my shit together is still on hold 😅 I just started the monumental task of removing a giant bed of lilies to put in my edible garden, a project 3 years in the making. As well as cleaning and packing the next 2 months to move, and fixing my car! I’ll be back…in June for sure 💜
Better to forage edible berries for hard times - make jam AND fruit wine! Learn edible plants & mushrooms locally; learn how to fish and purify water for drinking, chop wood & start fires, etc.

Aw, you could try to make your own! Homemade or store bought pizza dough or brioche, fill little squares with whatever you want (pepperoni & cheddar here), brush with butter or oil and bake 350f about 30 minutes til golden :)

Yep! Years ago I brought my pepperoni rolls from WV to Texas, where I found out they’re similar to the local “kolache,” a Czech pastry generally filled with fruit - or klobasniki when filled with sausage/cheese (and jalapeños, in Texas). We’re all more alike than we are different 💜
