I have been on the birth control shot for a few years lol, but I have PCOS (my body? Produce more androgen vs estrogen? Wowie) and it caused my weight to spike uncontrollably and literally no amount of exercise has helped. (My diet isn't a problem, but my hormones sure are)

Goal is to maybe work toward T, but obviously that "scares" family members and new meds and hormone changes are always whakadoodle and misunderstood
