#COTD Ziggy was about to start a new life, but suffered complications during her spay. This left lasting effects, taking her sight among other things. Her rescuer knew she needed long-term care, so now she’s found her forever home with us.

#COTD Porcini was an owner surrender. When she tested positive for FeLV, the owner tried to give her up to another shelter, but they refused to take her. Now she’s with us and loves taking naps on kurandas whether it’s inside or outside.

#COTD Smudge is a blind kitty that arrived with us in 2013 from a vet's office in Florida. It took many people to get Smudge to us and we are forever grateful! Smudge loves to lounge outside and run on the wheel occasionally.

#COTD Dot is FeLV+ kitty who arrived in 2019 from animal control in Tennessee. She was at a local trailer park that has over 100 cats! She’s a little lady with a big meow that she uses to yell at humans for attention and pets!

#COTD Snoop is a sweet blind boy who came to us after needing to be rehomed due to his vocalization. His vet exam revealed dental issues, possible asthma, & neurological signs. But he's fitting right in!

#COTD Mia is a senior blind kitty from Miami Beach, Florida! She somehow lost her sight and was living under a bush when she was thankfully found and saved! You'll most often find her in the “bridge” between house 2's lobby and the back.

#COTD Raja came to us as a very sick kitty with a ruptured eye that needed to be removed. She's a sassy blind kitty who loves to play with crinkle balls and her automatic butterfly toy. You'll usually find her up high on a tall kuranda snoozing.
