It mostly sounds like you've gone beyond making up a guy in your head to argue with and moved on to making up a whole class of people in your head so you can dismiss them and feel good about it.
Clearly Anthropic and any other AI company making such a claim should be forced to halt all active models and training until the model's sentience and/or sapience can be established in a court of law and appropriate controls put in place to ensure it's rights are respected.
