On Friday 28th March we are releasing this beer in a limited number of 20l kegs, across the UK. Pouring in truly fabulous pubs and bars the remainder will be in 750ml bottles.

for the past 3 years I've put them in the whirlpool at 80 celsius. I use a Brewtools 150, to avoid them clogging everything i put them in the cleaned malt pipe and circulate over the top of them. This year I put some in the boil in a muslin bag. not had any off flavours so far
